How to Apply for Membership to DSMIG-USA

DSMIG-USA implemented membership dues in 2013.  Dues are necessary to underwrite the costs associated with our annual clinical symposium and the development of a robust website for our members.   Dues are renewed annually.


We have created an online membership application process. Here are the steps:


If the application is filled in correctly, you will receive an acknowledgement statement and invoice.  
Your application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee.  This process may take 4-6 weeks. 
Once approved, a Welcome e-mail is sent with instructions regarding access to Members Only section of site.
